Shipping policy
- We only accept orders shipped to locations within the United States.
- Shipping is calculated at checkout and included with final purchase.
- Items are shipped directly from the artist. Shipping methods may include USPS, UPS or FedEx ground.
- Please allow up to 14 business days for shipping.
Return policy
Due to the unique nature of the work and with shipping fulfillment being handled by the individual makers, we will not be offering refunds or exchanges. All sales are considered final.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Customer Privacy is very important to us. We do not share or sell any information provided to us by our customers.
Terms of service
When you purchase anything from Asher Online, you agree to hold Asher Gallery at Houston Center for Contemporary Craft harmless from any loss, damage or injury due to any products purchased from us.
In the event of receiving a damaged item, our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for the item(s) purchased. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of broken shipment and provide an image of broken work in the received shipping materials. Our insurance will only cover the work if we have it documented in the box in came in. Often, we will need the box and broken piece picked up by the shipper so do not discard any of it. We are committed to working with you to solve any problems.
