The first event of its kind in Texas, the Silver Anniversary Dinner pairs Michelin-starred chefs with acclaimed craft artists to create an immersive dining experience grounded in material innovation and the handmade. Following Steinbeisser’s renowned format, the evening’s food and drinks are entirely plant based, seasonal, and sourced from local organic and biodynamic farmers.
